As the Executive Director of Coal Free World (USA), Raihanul spearheads initiatives to transition energy production away from coal, promoting clean and renewable energy solutions. Kazi Nazrul Islam the National Poet of Bangladesh known as Rebel Poet wrote Roj Kiamat or Proloy din (Bengali alphabet) in 1924 over 100 years ago and warned the world that Coal will destroy the world one day. After reading Kazi Nazrul article, Raihanul was inspired to join the fight against coal mining and Coal fired power plants. He works primarily in the states of Texas and West Virginia. In Texas he coordinates coal free-world activities with the Sierra Club Beyond Coal program.

Raihanul founded “Manobotar Bashostan (Habitat for Mankind) Bangladesh” to combat the housing crisis in Bangladesh by constructing homes for the homeless and poor. This initiative delivers sustainable housing solutions, offering dignity and security to vulnerable communities. Raihanul was inspired by former American President Jimmy Carter who founded the nonprofit organization named “Habitat for Humanity” that helps poor and lower middle class families build and improve places call home.Manobotar Bashostan or Habitat for Mankind in Bangladesh is a small step with an opportunity to expand in the future that may help significant number of poor or less fortunate people in Bangladesh to own a place call home, one of basic needs of Mankind.

As the leader of Dallas Ranch and Farm, a 410-acre environmentally friendly ranch in Texas, Raihanul oversees sustainable ranching practices. The ranch is known for its commitment to animal welfare, high-quality livestock, and innovative agricultural techniques. Through rigorous veterinary care and ethical farming, Dallas Ranch has built a strong reputation for excellence in the industry. As an environmentalist he has been trying to come up with solutions to the ranching and farming process that saves the environment and the top soils. As we all know industrial farming is damaging top soil. Top six inches of soil of the earth crust is the most important soil for farming and agricultural production. In Last sixty years because of industrial agriculture, we in USA Midwest lost almost 50% of the top soil. Mr Raihanul believes in sustainable agriculture and strives to achieve that in Dallas Ranch and Farm.
